Strawflower is a tall herb consisting of about 600 species of flowering plants in the sunflower family. The plants are native to South Africa, Madagascar, Eurasia and Australasia. Spiraea is a genus of 80 species of shrubs native to temperate regions of Northern Hemisphere with highest diversity and density in eastern Asia. Snapdragon is a genus of flowering plants native to the Mediterranean region. Snapdragon is the plant whose flowers resemble to the face of dragon and which open and close its mouth when squeezed laterally. Colors of the flowers range from white through various shades of pink, red, yellow, orange and lavender. In warmer locations, snapdragons can thrive as perennials while in the cooler climates the plants survive as annuals.

In Europe and North America, relatively fewer species are found and in South America and Africa, Rhododendrons have not yet been found. Orchid is the largest family of flowering plants that has as many as 25,000 species. Orchids include almost 6-11% of all seed plants.
