Pussy Willow is a small shrub or small tree of willow family. Various branches divide and subdivide into numerous ramifications, which are profusely clothed with large leaves during summer, making it a dense head of abundant foliage. Leaves are one-sided and heart shaped. Tiny fruits, looking like peas, hang attached to a ribbon-like greenish-yellow bract. Lime tree is used an ornamental tree where a mass of foliage or deep shade is desired. Flowers of lime trees are used for herbal tea in Europe.
