Bulb plants




A bulb is referred to as little fleshy leaf that resides in the short stem of the plant . Bulbs are considered to be of perennial as their primary aim to make and help in the survival of the plant .

They have their own period and pace of growth and after that stage , they enter into the state of blooming too .After staying safe into this period , they only fall down and join back to the ground level at the destined seasons . A bulb said to be boasted of 5-6 structures , and are thought to have about 5 parts in them .

Despite having an underground structure , they are said to be fleshy in nature . Withotu them the life cycle of a plant remains incomplete .

At times , they are also considered to be the resting stage of a plant , wherein despite deeper roots and sprawling flowers and leaves , no growth is visible . Tulips and bluebells are a good example of bulb plants .
