Hi, i would like to have a tulip flower garden going at my house. I like lots of colour and i love tulips. I live in Midrand Johannesburg. Please can you give be the best advise on how to get this started. I need to know when is the right time to plant these. which are the best tulips to be planted when starting this garden and everything else i need to know.
